Trained by solicitors in the requirements of the CPR rules and in the civil litigation process we have an understanding of the requirements placed upon you. Combining these skills we carry out an inquisition as you might wish to were you able to do so given your other commitments. We are aware of such features as money laundering, fraudulent claims and monitor many such issues as we conduct enquiries on your behalf. Be it pure liability or a full pain, suffering and loss statement we are both qualified and able to interview every client or witness and detail all the available evidence on your behalf anywhere in the UK. Our fees are as follows: CPR witness statement dealing with matters of liability - £160.00 by telephone, £130.00 Police interview statements - £175.00 {plus police interview fee} CPR pain, suffering and loss statements are obtained at our hourly rate of £35 per hour. You may place a maximum limit on the time spent in obtaining such a statement thus avoiding costs becoming prohibitive.  |
