We will hold the keys to your property and attend when called to your alarm sounding or any suspected utility failure. To aid your neighbours in contacting us we will provide you with 10 business cards to give them so that they may contact us when appropriate. You are also welcome to provide our details to the police and your alarm company in the event they need to call out a keyholder.

We will when we attend an alarm call to your property enter and ensure the security. Should the alarm be false we will reset the alarm and notify you of the event during office hours. If the alarm is as a result of an intruder or insecurity we will inform the police on your behalf and contact you for your further instruction.

We will if you authorise us, secure the property pending full repairs at a later date, arrange those repairs or attend on your behalf when those repairs are to be made.

If we are called to an event such as a burst water pipe we will turn off the water supply and inform you of the event or if you prefer engage the services of a local engineer to carry out repairs ensuring the property is secured on completion. In short we hold the keys to your property and take that action you wish when necessary.

Additionally if you require the service:

We will attend your property at various irregular times and carry out an inspection to ensure all is well in your absence. We provide 2 levels of service in this regard.

a) we will not unlock any doors or gates and will inspect via any accessible windows for security and burst pipes etc.

b) we will enter the property and carry out an internal inspection to ensure the security of the property and services etc.

To hold keys as above for periods of 1 to 12 weeks our fees are as follows:

To hold your keys and attend when called, £15.00 per week keyholder fee.

To attend and carry out an external security inspection via only accessible windows, £7.50 per visit.

To attend and enter the property to carry out an internal security inspection, £12.50 per visit.

To hold keys as above for periods in excess of 12 weeks our fees are as follows:

To hold your keys and attend when called, £25.00 per month payable in advance and covering a 12 month period. i.e. £300.00 per yr in advance.

To attend and carry out an external security inspection via only accessible windows, £5.00 per visit.

To attend and enter the property to carry out an internal security inspection, £10.00 per visit.

All fees payable in full for the appropriate period in advance.
