| LTSGroup was formed in 1995 at which time it was called Legal and Technical
Services. Providing litigation support services and technical services
such as vehicle examination and accident reconstruction to the legal profession and insurers, the founder operated on a self employed, sole trader basis within the south of England. Since then the business has expanded and opened its doors to the public requiring the introduction of additional staff throughout the country. To meet this demand agreements have been reached with other similarly qualified people who now operate as an association or GROUP of sole traders offering such support services to the civil litigation industry. Every member of the group is a retired police officer, most with a traffic patrol background although we have people with experience as diverse as child protection units to regional crime squads and drugs squads. A continually expanding group numbering 27 at the time of drafting this narrative we strive to provide a professional and truly national support service. Our base staff are backed up by a large number of long-standing agents throughout the country with whom we have a history of successful operations. Our work is predominately in the personal injury world be that road traffic, trips, slips or industrial and exclusively for solicitors and insurance companies, statement taking and investigating such matters is our speciality. We have adapted out police skills since 1995 to trace individuals, prepare financial status reports on limited companies or sole traders and of course to serve documents and make house to house enquiries on your behalf. Since 1997 we have successfully offered basic introduction training in accident reconstruction, interview techniques and the other subjects covered in our 'Technical Data' pages to those who feel it would benefit their staff. We have a very busy seminar season but would be happy to discuss your needs should you feel we might be of assistance in this area. Now we are available to assit the public in every aspect of investigation and have recent extended our services to include security operations. |
